To qualify for a return:

- Limited edition or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products and fragrances are not eligible for return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
